Welcome to SocialHai. By accessing and using our website, services, or engaging with our team, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by SocialHai, including but not limited to:
Social Media Marketing
Influencer Marketing
Video Production
Advertising & Campaign Management
Branding and Creative Solutions
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Services
SocialHai provides digital marketing and creative solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Service deliverables (posts, videos, campaigns, etc.) will be mutually agreed upon before the project begins.
Revisions are limited to the scope defined in the agreement. Extra work may be subject to additional charges.
3. Payments & Pricing
Pricing starts at ₹14,999 per month and varies based on the selected package.
All payments must be made in advance unless agreed otherwise.
Late payments may result in delayed services or suspension of campaigns.
No refunds will be issued once the project has started.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate information, brand guidelines, and approvals in a timely manner.
Delays in approvals or lack of input may affect project timelines.
The client is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights for any content they provide.
5. Intellectual Property
All creative work (posts, videos, campaigns) created by SocialHai remains our property until full payment is made.
After full payment, ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client.
SocialHai reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information, business strategies, and campaigns.
SocialHai will not disclose client data to third parties without prior consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
SocialHai is not responsible for business losses, reduced sales, or damages caused by external factors (e.g., platform changes, algorithm updates, ad policies).
Results from marketing campaigns cannot be guaranteed as they depend on market conditions and audience behavior.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with a 30-day written notice.
In case of termination, SocialHai will provide all completed work up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
